Behind the scenes...

We have a new News Director at RCN. Her name is Clara Ospina. She's full of energy and ideas and has great people skills. Today, she called the entire staff into the studios for a "team picture." She is loved and respected by everyone in the channel. After working for her for a month, I know exactly why! She's a great person who brings out the best in people.



Then, she had all of the anchors pose for a group shot. Yes, the gringo anchor was asked to join the group... A group that includes some of the world's most beautiful and talented anchor women!



I also had a chance to snap a few shots with some of my colleagues from News, Farandula, and Sports. It's clear to me that RCN is a family. I'm so happy they decided to adopt a gringo.
